  20. Under no circumstances will Propeller be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind that are directly or indirectly related to the Service, the Propeller content and your use of the Service.
  21. Propeller is not responsible for the actions and content created by the users of the Service.
  22. The Propeller name and logo are trademarks of Propeller, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Propeller.
